Selain itu, handphone tersebut juga bakal datang dengan layar berukuran 4 inci dengan resolusi 800 x 480 piksel. Mengenai sistem operasi, Samsung memilih untuk menyematkan OS Android Jelly Bean 4.2.2 di dalamnya dengan Samsung Nature UX 2.0. Sebagai tambahan, terdapat kamera 5MP di bagian belakang dan fitur konektivitas NFC.

Memori RAM pada tablet ini juga besar yaitu 2GB dan kapasitas internal storage untuk menyimpan file dan data sebesar 16GB. Peritel Boxwill, Pandawill, and Merimobiles bisa menerima pesanan tablet ini dengan harga $186. Sayangnya tablet ini masih menggunakan Android 4.0 bukan 4.1 Jelly bean, untuk kamera juga biasa saja yaitu 5 Mp di belakang dan 0.3Mp di depan.

Untuk ketahanan batere, tablet ini dilengkapi batere berkapasitas 3300 maH yang bisa bertahan sampai 5 jam penggunaan.
